Do I need an account to order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. However, if you have an account with us, there are some benefits:

What is the status of my order?
After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Can I change my order?
We can only make changes to orders that have not yet been processed for shipment. We are unable to accept any changes to your order once it is in "In Production", "Ready to Ship", "Produced" or "Shipped" status.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following 2 main payment methods:

Nanalinen primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments.
● Secure credit card payments
In addition to PayPal, we also accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Maestro, Klarna, FamilyMart, MyBank.
How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online with a credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
In which currency will I be charged?
All our transactions are in USD. If your credit or debit card is in another currency, your order total will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Shipping
Because our website and services are primarily in English, all information you enter needs to be in English input, including punctuation marks. If some of the letters in your address contain non-English letters, we recommend using similar English letters. For example, you can change the letter "?" to "c".
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please note that your shipping address cannot be modified once your order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your residential address and not your vacation address as we do not know how long the destination customs department will hold the package.
Where do you ship?
We ship all over the world, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe and Oceania, and offer payment options via PayPal and credit card. Please note that in order to expedite the delivery process, your order may be split and shipped from multiple warehouses
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Once an order is placed, it usually takes 3 to 7 days to process.
Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose.
How do I track my package?
After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
What if I'm not at home?
If you are not at home, we will make a new delivery the next day, or the delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date based on the country and delivery method you selected.
You may also need to pick up your package at your local post office in case it cannot be delivered to you.

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must already be sold in our online store
- This item may not be used in any way
- Return or exchange request within 14 days of delivery

Can I exchange items?
We accept exchanges subject to the same conditions as returns:
In order to request an exchange, please indicate that you would like to exchange your item for another item when preparing your return with our support.
Are returns free?
In some cases, your return is free. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not due to an error on nanalinen.com, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. To return an item, please contact customer service for a return address. Once you receive the address, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receipt of the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, we will issue a refund, exchange or refund within 14 days of our acceptance of your return.
